Maybe the flower remains full of vitality but how does it fair with imparting eternal youthfulness to your skin?
Let's check out the claims and see if this moisturizer can measure up.
THE PROMISE:
- Firmer skin
- Stimulates collagen
- Protects against free radicals
- Boosts cell renewal
- Reduce appearance of wrinkles
THE PURE TRUTH:
Most of the ingredients in here are actually emollients, fatty acids, preservatives & fragrance.
Not bad things to have in a moisturizer but nothing special. I will not bore you with a detailed list of ingredients: suffice to say I did my homework here.
To tell the truth I am not sure where they get off making claims that collagen production is boosted. There are only a few things that actually boost collagen and they ain't on the list for this product.
No peptides or retinol here folks.
To have the ability to stimulate collagen production the molecules must be small enough to penetrate through the outer layer of skin. This concoction happily rests on top of the skin creating a nice soft plush layer that helps retain moisture.
Moisture retention always helps soften the appearance of fine lines and is an ability every moisturizer possesses.

THE BOTTOM LINE:
There is a fair amount of fragrance in here so those with sensitivities should be extra careful.
Although I disagree with some of this product's claims I have to admit is feels pretty darn luxurious and is safe for most but the ultra-acne prone. Your skin will be supple and quite soft after just one use.
As for the the idea of transferring the enduring properties of the flower to your skin I remain a skeptic.
I mean I could eat a tonne of my cats fur but that doesn't mean my body will learn how to have a hairball.
RATING:
I give it 3 out of 5. Lovely moisturizer but not worth the $$$.
